You may return any hardware in new condition within 30 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
To return an item, please package it carefully for shipment using the original packaging if possible. Be sure to include all of the hardware and accessories that originally arrived with the item. Include a quick note stating that you are returning the item for a refund.
You can ship the item to our offices using your choice of shipping method and carrier. We advise using a method where tracking is available. You may wish to purchase insurance as well (we cannot be responsible for items that you ship to us using your preferred shipping method). You can send your item for return to us at:

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within two business days. To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in new condition. Items returned in anything less than new condition may be eligible for a partial refund at the sole discretion of Imajize. The refund will be applied to the credit card that was originally used to place the order and you will be refunded the price that you paid for the item.
